Internet latency has the greatest potential to affect Web content delivery; 
therefore, the Service data centers are located based on the topology of the Internet, 
not geography, to ensure the best access to and least impact on delivering Web content. 
The Customer understands that Trend Micro does not control the Internet and is only responsible for any latency caused by the Service’s Web content processing.

「TMWSを介したWebサイトへのアクセス」における回線速度につきましては、クライアント端末からアクセス先Webサイトまでの実際のネットワーク経路に依存し、お客様ご利用のネットワークインフラ環境の他、アクセス先Webサイトのネットワークインフラ環境にも依存いたします。
これらを含めたインターネット上の経路における回線速度の保証はTMWSの責任範囲外となります。
回線速度を懸念される場合は、予めTMWS検証ライセンスを使用した事前動作確認等を実施いただくことをお勧めいたします。
