サービスモードでログインする手順を知りたい。

概要

サービスモードとは、サポート用の特権モードです。
通常のコマンドモードでは許可されない特殊な作業を行うことができます。

機器に何らかの障害が発生した際、調査のため TAC (Technical Assistance Center) よりご案内する場合があります。
以下の手順でログインし、案内された作業を実施して下さい。

IPS

CLI にて "conf t service-access" コマンドを実行
出力全体を TAC へ連絡
TAC よりパスワードを受け取り、ユーザー "su" でログイン

TPS

CLI にて "service-access enable" コマンドを実行
出力全体を TAC へ連絡
TAC よりパスワードを受け取り、ユーザー "service" でログイン

SMS

CLI にて "service-access" コマンドを実行し、"E" と応答
出力全体を TAC へ連絡
TAC よりパスワードを受け取り、ユーザー "service" でログイン
