After upgrading DSM from 11.0.249 to 11.0.374, all agents are disconnected. The error message:
Unable to send the software upgrade program to the Agent due to the following error:
SecurityException: class "org.bouncycastle.cms.CMSProcessable"'s signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package
When this issue occurs, the DSM may be in a problem state and will require repair.
Follow these steps:
- Re-download the DSM from the Deep Security Help Center.
- Run the installer and choose Repair the existing installation.
Please make sure there are no windows open for DSM installation folder such as c:\program file\Trend Micro\Deep Security Manager\ to prevent repair failure. - Once the repair is finished, re-activate agent.
