Apple Incorporated just released Mac OS 10.15 Catalina on October 7, 2019. Apex One (Mac) Agent installed on Mac computers may stop working after upgrading to Mac OS 10.15 Catalina.
Trend Micro will release Apex One (Mac) Hotfix on October 14, 2019 to support Mac OS 10.15 Catalina.
We recommend to install or upgrade to the compatible Apex One (Mac) Agent first before proceeding to upgrade your Mac OS to 10.15 Catalina.
For customers who upgraded to Mac OS 10.15 Catalina before upgrading their Apex One (Mac) and encountered the issue, you may do the following steps:
- Uninstall the currently installed Apex One (Mac) Agent using the Agent uninstaller. Refer to this Agent Uninstallation guide.
Uninstallation package from older builds will not work.
- Do a fresh install of Apex One (Mac) Agent using the latest Agent Installer on your Mac OS 10.15 Catalina.
