To restore the agent files:

  1. Go to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Safe Lock Intelligent Manager\CmdTools\Installer.
  2. Restore the original trend.base64.cer file from the backup copy.
  3. Edit the setting.xml file and change the values of the API key and certificate parameters with the values from the backup setting.xml file:
    <apikey>[Value of API key]</apikey>
    …
    <certificate>
    <hash>[Value of certificate]</hash>
  4. Go to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Safe Lock Intelligent Manager\CmdTools\RemoteAgentSetupTool/package.
  5. Extract the contents of TMSL2.0_EN.zip.
  6. Replace the existing trend.cer file with the original trend.cer file from the backup TMSL2.0_EN.zip.
  7. Edit the Setup.ini file and change the value of the API_KEY:
    API_KEY=[Value of API key]
  8. Compress the Safe Lock agent installer again and replace the existing TMSL2.0_EN.zip file.
  9. Repeat Steps 1 - 8 for TMSL2.0_JA.zip.
  10. Reboot the Safe Lock Intelligent Manager server.
