While using the Trend Micro Safe Lock Intelligent Manager (SLIM), the following message may show on the management console:

The drive storing the Safe Lock Intelligent Manager database is full. To increase free space, purge older logs. Confirm that there is adequate free space to hold the desired number of Safe Lock Intelligent Manager log entries, and try again.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Go to Trend Micro Safe Lock Intelligent Manager (SLIM).
  2. Click Logs & Reports > Log Settings.
  3. Use either of the following settings to purge the logs:
    • Automatic Purge

      Schedule automatic purge

    • Manual Purge

      Manual purge

  4. Click Save to Apply.
