Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service will perform emergency maintenance to resolve the following issues found during the December maintenance update:
- Single Sign-On (SSO) from Apex Central to Apex One may fail if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled
- Apex One detection and status logs may encounter delays when uploading to Trend Micro servers. Customers may experience the following symptoms:
- User cannot see the new detection logs from the Apex Central console
- Apex Central may show inconsistent policy or Security Agent status

Downtime for each provision is expected to be around ten (10) minutes within the maintenance period.
