Trend Micro has received reports sweeping and RCA issues affecting some Apex One as a Service EDR users.

After further investigation, the issue was identified to have been caused by an incompatible authentication API key deployed to Apex Central.

 
The issue only affects backend queries performed during sweeping and RCA. No data loss expected.
 

Trend Micro has already deployed updated key to resolve this issue as of January 21, 2020.
