Some customers are getting an "Unable to install the Apex One Security Agent. The system does not support SHA-2 code signing. Apply the latest Windows updates and try again" error message when trying to install Apex One agent on machines with supported legacy Windows OS.
Customers who are still using legacy OS versions (Windows 7 SP1, Windows Embedded POSReady 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1) are required to have SHA-2 code signing support installed on their machines in order to successfully install or upgrade the Apex One Security Agent.
