Do the following for the mentioned scenarios:
The service did not start within the specified time, it was caused by insufficient system resources.
- Start the master service manually.
- If it can be started without any problem, consider increasing system resources, for example, to increase memory.
The master service crashed.
- Collect the application dump. For the instructions, refer to the KB article: Collecting Log Dumps when System and Applications encounter hang and crash issues.
- Collect the dump file and create a support case to analyze the root cause.
