Quarantined emails are automatically reprocessed and sent after few minutes.

This behaviour is normal and by design.

IMSVA reprocess the emails if a sender is added to the approved sender list in the End User Quarantine portal.

In /opt/trend/imss/log/imssmgr.xxxxxxxx.xxxx.log you will find the following entry:
2020/05/04 09:00:52 GMT+02:00 [15144:3764263792] [DETAIL][EUQSynchThd] Match approved sender, reprocess message 2A37CB2A-A4CD-1605-9020-DE156FFE8801, userID=1, tableID=11 successed.
