IBM Aspera is blocked by Anti-malware Behavior Monitoring in Deep Security

The XML File of Aspera is blocked by Bahavior Monitoring, causing the Aspera console not to load properly.

Prior to troubleshooting, isolate the issue by disabling Behaviour Monitoring (Send policy) and reproducing the issue. If the issue persists even if BM is already disabled, this KB article is not applicable. Otherwise, proceed with the solution below.
 
  1. Add the following processes to Behavior Monitoring exclusion:

    c:\Program Files (x86)\aspera*
    c:\program files\Aspera*
    c:\program files\aspera*
    c:\program files\aspera\enterprise server\bin\asperascp.exe

  2. Perform send policy or reactivate the agent to restart the AMSP service.
  3. Test the Aspera application and confirm if it is working.
