The XML File of Aspera is blocked by Bahavior Monitoring, causing the Aspera console not to load properly.
- Add the following processes to Behavior Monitoring exclusion:
c:\Program Files (x86)\aspera*
c:\program files\aspera\enterprise server\bin\asperascp.exe
- Perform send policy or reactivate the agent to restart the AMSP service.
- Test the Aspera application and confirm if it is working.
