This is an important reminder about the official End-of-Life (EOL) of Endpoint Sensor (TMES) 1.6 on March 31, 2021. Users are advised to start using Apex One that includes an option for Endpoint Sensor .
What exactly happens after the EOL date?
Trend Micro will no longer develop bug fixes or patches for the standalone version of TMES, and will stop providing technical support for issues encountered after March 31, 2021.

What should we do after the EOL date?
Users should migrate the TMES 1.6 to Apex One Endpoint Sensor. It’s an extended feature of Apex One.

Impact
Due to the differences in product design between the two products, such as the database table schema, users that migrate TMES 1.6 to Apex One Endpoint Sensor will not be able to keep records of TMES 1.6.
