Yes. Apex One as a Service is a single-tenant cloud solution. This means that the customer's data is isolated from the rest. Apex One databases are backed up and kept separately with multiple copies. It is stored in the same location where Apex One is provisioned. When Trend Micro finds the environment corrupted, Apex One as a Service performs restoration scripts and can restore a customer's environment in 30 minutes.
