Summary

Trend Micro Remote Manager (TMRM) will be deprecating HTTP port (80) and HTTPS with TLS 1.0/1.1. All Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) servers being managed will encounter connection issues to TMRM. This means that WFBS will not be able to report and be managed by TMRM. Trend Micro recommends to apply WFBS Security Patch 2274 (this includes RMAgent patch) to update the program, configuration and installer files. Also, please ensure that firewall rule allows the connection to the following datacenter URLs via HTTPS port 443.

NABU DC:

  • Tmrm-cs-nabu.trendmicro.com
  • WFBS-smpi-nabu.trendmicro.com

EMEA DC:

  • Tmrm-cs-emea.trendmicro.com
  • WFBS-smpi-emea.trendmicro.com

Take note that previous RMagent version below 3.5.1200 uses HTTP port 80 and TLS 1.0/1.1 to connect to TMRM.
