Trend Micro Email Security (TMEMS) allows bypassing the DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) Verification for a particular domain or subdomain.

This article provides the steps on how to configure TMEMS to bypass DKIM rule for a specific sender

To configure TMEMS to bypass DKIM verification:

  1. On the TMEMS admin console, go to Inbound Protection > Domain-based Authentication > DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) Verification.
  2. Click on the name of the particular policy. In the example below we used the Default policy.

  3. Scroll down to the Ignored Peers section, type the name of the domain or subdomain that you want to be bypassed and click on Add.

  4. Click on Save to save the changes made.

    click Save

  5. The domain will appear now under the Ignored Peers column for that particular policy.
