Users may encounter issues where StellarOne web console is inaccessible especially after new setup. This is due to having only 1 hard drive being set.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Power off StellarOne VM.
  2. Access the VM options to add additional hard disk of at least 50GB.

  3. Save and turn on VM.
