"Failed to download the agent installation support script"
The deployment script downloads platform detection script and agent installer package during the process. Take note of the following:
- Make sure that the server has access to Cloud One URLs especially the following URLs. You can use telnet to test the connection.
$telnet app.deepsecurity.trendmicro.com 443 $telnet agents.deepsecurity.trendmicro.com 443 $telnet relay.deepsecurity.trendmicro.com 443 $telnet dsmim.deepsecurity.trendmicro.com 443
- Make sure there is available disk space for /tmp directory.
