You observe that the error message Sender IP not allowed appears in the message tracking logs for outbound emails in Hosted Email Security (HES) and Trend Micro Email Security (TMEMS).

Public
Only the IP addresses configured as outbound servers for a particular configured domain are allowed to send emails through the HES/TMEMS relay email servers.

To fix this issue, include all the IP addresses of your outbound servers in the Outbound Servers configuration for that domain.
