Customer and Service Impact
- Mail traffic will be unaffected and should continue as normal.
During the migration, the following features will be impacted while the maintenance is on-going:
- Administrator and End user UI console will not be accessible and maintenance page will be displayed.
- OpenAPI will not be accessible.
- Actions from quarantine digest mail will not be able to operate.
- Remote Manager and Directory Sync Tool synchronization will be delayed.
- Quarantine digest will be delayed.
