This article shows the steps in collecting logs from standalone Smart Protection Server.

To generate the logs:

  1. Go to Administration > Support.

    SPS Dashboard

  2. Click Start.

    The download progress screen appears.

  3. Click Save when the prompt for the downloaded file appears.
  4. Specify the location and file name.
  5. Click Save to download the diagnostic file to the machine.
