Trend Micro has identified an issue that causes delay in uploading Apex One as a Service agent telemetry data. This would impact customers who enabled Endpoint Sensor function.
Trend Micro will perform Apex One as a Service urgent maintenance on affected users to fix this issue.
Impact during maintenance period
- Downtime is expected to be around 30 minutes within the maintenance period.
- All endpoints with Apex One and Apex One (Mac) Security Agent are still protected during the maintenance period.
- Security Agent reboot: Not required.
