Trend Micro Apex One as a Service will perform regular monthly maintenance to apply the latest updates.

Notable Changes in this Maintenance:

Trend Micro Apex One Data Loss Prevention feature will change its “All File Extension” template usage.

Customers who use “All File Extension” template of Apex One Data Loss Prevention Policy will be moved to a Customized type. If the “All File Extension” template was never used, it will be removed.
 

Impact during maintenance period:

New customers will not be able to prepare their Trend Micro Apex One as a Service console during the maintenance period.

Existing customers will not be able to change their Trend Micro Apex One as a Service policies or settings during the maintenance period.

  • Downtime for each provision is expected to be around 3 hours within the maintenance period.
  • All endpoints with Apex One and Apex One (Mac) Security Agent installed are still protected during the maintenance period.
