Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service Urgent Maintenance - Aug 2021

Summary

Trend Micro has received reports about the following issues after the August 18 Batch 1 maintenance:

  • Apex One Vulnerability Protection policies are not properly deployed.
  • Apex One Behavior Monitoring is not working properly on Apex One Security Agent endpoints.

Trend Micro will perform urgent maintenance on affected users to resolve these issues. The fix will also be merged with the August 25 Batch 2 maintenance.

Impact during maintenance period

  • Downtime is expected to be less than one (1) minute within the maintenance period.
  • All endpoints with an Apex One and Apex One (Mac) Security Agent are still protected during the maintenance period.
  • A Security Agent reboot is not required.

Maintenance Period

Trend Micro will deploy the fix for all provisions on the August 25, 2021 maintenance schedule.

 
Both Batch 1 and Batch 2 provisions will receive this fix.
