Trend Micro has received reports on following issues after August 25, Batch 2 maintenance:
- CMAgent process crash on Apex One server preventing logs from being uploaded to Apex Central.
- OfficeScan Agents unable to upgrade after migrating to Apex One as a Service.
Trend Micro will perform urgent maintenance on all Apex One as a Service instances to resolve these issues.
Impact during maintenance period
- Downtime is expected to be around 60 minutes within the maintenance period.
- All endpoints with Apex One and Apex One (Mac) Security Agent are still protected during the maintenance period.
- Security Agent reboot: Not required.
- Security Agent reload: YES.
