Updating the Trend Micro Customer Licensing Portal (CLP) User Information

For customers requiring an update of their organization’s Trend Micro CLP information, the process can be done on customer’s end quickly and efficiently.

Updates to your organization’s Trend Micro CLP, (such as during account handovers), can be done without involving your Trend Micro Account Manager or submitting a Support ticket.

To update your CLP details:

  1. Log in to the CLP Portal using your current Trend Micro Account and Password.

     
    If you are using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), please continue to do so to complete the login process.
     

    Log in to CLP portal

  2. Once logged in, click on User Account on the upper right-hand and select My Account.

  3. The Email address and Password can then be changed to reflect the new owner’s information and preference.

    Additionally, Two-Factor Authentication settings can be accessed here if it needs modification.

  4. Options to either Enable/Disable 2FA as well as Change device are available on the Two-Factor Authentication page.

  5. Once done, click on Continue at the bottom of the Two-Factor Authentication Configuration page.

    click Continue

  6. At the bottom of the My Account page, click on Save to retain the updated settings.

    click Save
