This article provides the detail on updating the password of the Customer Licensing Portal (CLP).

To change the password:

  1. Login to your Customer Licensing Portal.
  2. Click your user name at the top right corner of the web console and select My Account.

  3. Click Change Password.

  4. Fill-up the information needed for the password change, then click Save.

    Trend Micro recommends the use of a strong password for CLP. Strong passwords are composed of a combination of the following:
    • At least eight characters long
    • Contains upper case (A-Z) and lower case (a-z) letters
    • One or more numbers (0-9)
    • One or more special characters/punctuations (!@#$%^&,.:;?)
    • DOES NOT contain any personal information (e.g. birth date, family name, address, etc)
     
  5. Once done, there is a small banner saying that the password was saved successfully.
