Trend Micro has received a report that the DLP service goes into "Stopped" status after the September 22, Batch 1 maintenance.
Trend Micro will perform an urgent maintenance on affected batch 1 users to resolve the issue.
Fix will also be merged on the September 29 (Batch 2) instances.
Impact during maintenance period
- Downtime is expected to be 3 hours within the maintenance period.
- All endpoints with Apex One and Apex One (Mac) Security Agent are still protected during the maintenance period.
- Security Agent reboot: Not required (if updating from Sept 2021 Batch 1 build)
Trend Micro will deploy the fix for all provisions on September 29, 2021 Batch 2 maintenance schedule (Both Batch 1 and Batch 2 provisions will receive this fix).
