High Profile Users (HPU) and Exchange Online Mailboxes/Users are missing when searching from the HPU List of Cloud App Security (CAS)

Summary

When doing a search on the High Profile Users (HPU) list, some Online Mailbox and High Profile users are not found.

This issue happens because the first name and last name fields of users from Office365 Exchanges are not synced.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Add the First name and Last name of the missing users.

    Add User Names

  2. Manually sync all users in the CAS policy page. Do the following:
    1. Login to the CAS console.
    2. Go to ATP Policy > Exchange Online.
    3. Click the Click here to synchronize the targets again link.

    4. Click Save, and check if the missing users now appear on the list.
