Configuring Automatic Agent Removal of Inactive Security in Apex One

Summary

The Inactive Security Agent Removal feature enables you to specify how long a device can remain disconnected from Apex One. After this period, the device will automatically be removed from the web console.

Public
  1. Log on to the Apex One web console.
  2. Go to Administration > Settings > Inactive Agents.

  3. Select Enable automatic removal of inactive agents.
  4. Select how many days should pass before Apex One considers the Security Agent inactive.
  5. Click Save.
  1. Log on to the Apex Central web console.
  2. Go to Directories > Product Servers and then click the link to open the Apex One as a Service console.

  3. Go to Administration > Settings > Inactive Agents.

  4. Select Enable automatic removal of inactive agents.
  5. Select how many days should pass before Apex One considers the Security Agent inactive.
  6. Click Save.
