This article explains why some non-English language spam emails are not being filtered by TMEMS.

TMEMS spam pattern only supports some non-English language for spam checking in email content.

Below are the supported non-English patterns and language:

  • Japanese
  • French
  • German
  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • Spanish
  • Italian
 
This is only applicable for the content on the email; hence this is only applicable to the following features:
  • Policy Checking
  • Trend Micro End User Console (EUC)

IP reputation still works regardless of the email language.
