Apex Central (On-Premise) preliminary investigations via Internet Explorer shows incomplete endpoint list

Summary

When using Internet Explorer to surf Apex Central to do preliminary investigations and the number of the matched endpoints is over 20, the web console cannot display the full endpoint list.

This known issue affects all versions of Trend Micro Apex Central (On-Premise).

Recommendation

Please use other supported browsers, such as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, when doing preliminary investigations through Apex Central.
