Summary

AWS needs to upgrade the RDS OS before January 31, 2022. There will be a 5 minutes downtime during the maintenance. To reduce possible issues, a 1-hour maintenance page will be shown.

Customer impact

There will be no impact to the email traffic.

Other impact during the maintenance

For TMEMS

  • Administrator and End user UI console will not be accessible and maintenance page will be displayed.
  • Actions from quarantine digest mail will not be able to operate.
  • OpenAPI will not be accessible.
  • Remote Manager/Apex Central sync will be delayed.
  • Directory Sync Tool synchronization will be delayed.
  • Report/Syslog may be delayed.

For HES

  • Administrator and End user UI console will not be accessible and maintenance page will be displayed.
  • Actions from quarantine digest mail will not be able to operate.
  • Remote Manager sync will be delayed.
  • Directory Sync Tool synchronization will be delayed.
