To verify, do one of the following options:
Option I: See the OfficeScan update logs
1. Open the OfficeScan Management Console.
2. Go to Logs >Update Logs >Client Update.
3. Click on View under the Detail column.
Users will see the update information, including the update source.
Option II: See the tmudump.txt file
Open Windows Explorer and go to the ..Program Files\Trend Micro\OfficeScan client\AU_Log folder on the client machine to verify if the updates are successful.
