This article discusses how OfficeScan (OSCE) users can confirm that the Update Agent is correctly updating clients once it is set up.
To verify, do one of the following options:
Check the OfficeScan update logs:
- Open the OfficeScan Management Console.
- Go to Logs > Agents > Agent Component Update.
- Click on View under the Detail column.
Users will see the update information, including the update source.
Check the tmudump.txt file by opening Windows Explorer and going to the\AU_Data\AU_Log folder on the client machine to verify if the updates are successful.
