Generate debug logs for AD authentication issues in TMCM.
Use the dynamic method to enable the DM debug mode:
- Click the letter O in Trend Micro on the TMCM console header.
- Click the DM Debuger link.
- Select the required logs and the appropriate debug level:
- Click Apply
- Replicate the issue.
- Send the log files under ..\TMI\DbgLog folder to Trend Micro Technical Support.
