- Access the Email Reputation Services site.
- Go to the IP Reputation tab and click Lookup.
- Type the sender IP address in the IP Address field and then click Check.
- When you see the IP address appear in the QIL database, click Removeto remove it from the database.
If the IP address is also on other databases, follow the instructions on the site on how to remove it from the databases.
