You can nominate a spammer IP address to be included in the following databases:
  • Realtime Blackhole List (RBL) Listings
  • Dynamic User List (DUL) Listings
  • Relay Spam Stopper (RSS) Listings
  • Open Proxy Stopper (OPS) Listings
  • Non-confirmed Mail List (NML) Listings
However, you should first report your spam problems to your ISP or network provider and to the appropriate entities. For more information on how and when to nominate a spam source go to the Email Reputation Services site.
