Summary
This happens when the Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) is incorrect.
Details
To fix this issue:
- Go to ..<install path>\Trend Micro\WFRMAgentForCSM.
- Open the AgentSysConfig.xml file using a text editor like Notepad.
- Look for the GUID between the "<AgentGUID>" and "</AgentGUID>" parameters.
- Edit the GUID and then save the file.
- On the same folder, open the csmSysConfig.xml file using a text editor.
- Right-click the WFRM Agent icon on the task bar and then click Restart Service.
- Look for the GUID between the parameters "<ProductGUID>" and "</ProductGUID>".
- Edit the GUID and then save the file.
- Right-click the Worry-Free Remote Manager Agent icon on the task bar and then click Restart Service.
