You are subscribed to HES but you still receive spam in your inbox.
The issue occurs when the mail server is set to accept mails from another host. As a result, spam goes directly to the mail server without passing through the HES/HES - Inbound Filtering servers.
To resolve the issue:
-
Redirect your Mail Exchange (MX) records to HES.
The full transition (DNS propagation) may take up to 48 hours. We recommend that you continue any on-premise security during the transition. You may directly receive emails until the transition is complete.
- Configure your corporate firewall to accept emails coming from HES servers only.
If you still receive spam mails, gather the actual spam samples in MSG or EML format and put them in a password-protected ZIP file (password: novirus). Contact Trend Micro Technical Support and provide the ZIP file.
