You need to access the MX records so you can redirect these to point to the HES/HES - Inbound Filtering servers so your emails will be filtered.
After HES/HES - Inbound Filtering is activated, you will immediately receive a welcome email containing your Customer Licensing Portal (CLP) and HES/HES - Inbound Filtering log-in credentials.
To get your MX records:
- Log in to the HES/HES - Inbound Filtering portal. Go to Domains > Add.
Enter your managed domain(s) information and click Add Domain. Do this for every domain that you want to include in your managed domain list.

- Wait for your confirmation email. This will take 48 hours at the most. The confirmation email will guide you through the final steps needed before starting the service. It also contais the HES/HES - Inbound Filtering MX records you will need for your account.
Do not change the MX records until you have received the welcome or test email. If you didn't receive the welcome/test email, contact Trend Micro Technical Support.
When modifying MX records, the full transition (DNS propagation) may take up to 48 hours. During this time, we recommend that you do NOT discontinue any on-premise security. You may still receive some email directly until the transition period is complete.
