Getting your Hosted Email Security (HES) username or password

If you know the email address you used to register HES/HES - Inbound Filtering, you can retrieve your username or password by doing one of the following:
Otherwise, follow Option III: Contact HES / HES - Inbound Filtering Support
Option I: Using the Customer Licensing Portal (CLP)
  1. Go to the Customer Licesning Portal (CLP).
  2. Click Forgot your password?.
    Click Forgot your password? in CLP
  3. Enter the account ID of your HES / HES - Inbound Filtering account, then click Submit.
    Enter your HES/HES Inbound Filtering account
    Your ID and password will be sent to that email address.
Option II: Using the HES / HES - Inbound Filtering portal
  1. Go to the HES / HES - Inbound Filtering portal.
  2. Click Forgot your password.
    This will redirect you to CLP.
  3. Follow the steps in Option I.
Option III: Contact HES / HES - Inbound Filtering Support
  1. Go to HES / HES - Inbound Filtering Support.
  2. Provide the following information:
  • Company name
  • HES / HES - Inbound Filtering activation code
  • HES / HES - Inbound Filtering login name
  • Domain/s managed
