You want to know why an IP address is blocked again and re-listed in the QIL database after being removed.
An IP address is re-added to the QIL database if MAPS detects that it shows spam activity again. An IP caught as a spam source is added to the QIL database in real time, and may stay there from five (5) minutes to 12 hours. The duration depends on how frequent it has been added to the database.
