This article lists down the logs you need to collect when there is an installation or upgrade issue in WFBS.
The list of important log files that you need to collect when there is an upgrade or installation issue are:
- Ofcmas.log inside the \Winnt\ or \Windows folder
- Application and System Event logs (in EVT format)
- System Information (NFO format)
