To run a manual update:

 
This procedure applies only to Client/Server Security Agents that can connect to the Security Server.
  1. Right-click the Client/Server Security Agent icon on the system tray, and then select Update Now.

    Right-click the Client/Security Agent icon, and then click Update Now.

  2. If you are using a proxy server to access the Security Server, mark the Use HTTP proxy server check box, and then enter the proxy server settings. Otherwise, go to the next step.
  3. Click Update Now.

    Click Update Now

    The Update Now Progress window appears. Wait until the update completes.

    When the update is complete, the following message appears:

    Update complete

    Update Now has been successfully completed.

  4. Click OK.

To run a manual update:

 
This procedure applies only to Security Agents that can connect to the Security Server.
  1. Right-click the Security Agent icon on the system tray, and then select Update Now. The Update Now Progress window appears.

    When the update is complete, the following message appears:

    Component update is complete.

  2. Click Close.
