You can resend the quarantined email containing the file attachment, except in cases where the mail has been infected with a virus. This is because the MSA does a virus scan when resending, and will not send the infected email again.
Do the following:
- Log on to the WFBS Advanced console and go to Security Settings.
- Highlight the Messaging Security Agent then click Configure.
- Go to Quarantine > Query.
- Find the email that you want to resend, then check the box at the left.
- Click Resend.
