Know the steps in changing your Remote Manager password.
To reset your password:
- In the Remote Manasger concole, click Forgot your password?
- Type your account name or email address.
- Click Submit.
Password reset instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the TMRM account.
If you cannot reset your password because the system tells you that you are entering an invalid email address, contact your regional Remote Manager support. Include the following information in your email:
- Phone number
- Office address
- primary distributor
