The following error message appears when deploying antivirus pattern for one of the two NLB Cluster nodes:
"Unable to connect to the server. There may be a problem with the server or the network, or the proxy information is incorrect. Please contact your OfficeScan administrator for assistance."
The error appeared in both automatic and manual deployment. The client node TMUDUMP.TXT log file analysis also showed the following:
Err ¦ Recv returns, WSAerror(10054)
Err ¦ Recv failed
Err ¦ TmDownloader: Read resource error
Err ¦ Downloader returns: 7
ActiveUpdate was unable to connect to the network.
Please verify that the network connection is functional, and then try again.
