To resolve the issue:

   

1.

Request the WFBS_51_WIN_EN_HFB1285.exe file from Trend Micro Technical Support.

 

For Premium Support Program (PSP) clients, contact your Technical Account Manager (TAM) directly.

  
  
  

2. 

Copy the hot fix file to a temporary folder.

  
  

3.

Double-click the file to automatically copy the modules to the correct destination.

  
   
  

4.

Update your scan engine and virus pattern files.
