Hot fix - build 1283 resolves the issue.

To resolve the issue:

   

1.

Request the WFBS_51_WIN_EN_HFB1283.exe file from Trend Micro Technical Support.

 

For Premium Support Program (PSP) clients, contact your Technical Account Manager (TAM) directly.

  

2.

On the Security Server, make sure that Behavior Monitoring is enabled .

  

3.

Copy the hot fix file to a temporary folder.

  

4.

Double-click the file to automatically copy the modules to the correct destination.

5.

On the Security Server, log on to the WFBS console.

6.Click Update Now.
   
  

7.

Update your scan engine and virus pattern files.
