To enable the shell scan option, do the following:
- Log on to the OfficeScan management console.
- Do the following:
- For OSCE XG: Go to Agents > Global Agent Settings > Agent Control.
- For OSCE 11.0: Go to Agents > Global Agent Settings > Scan Settings.
- For Other versions: Go to Networked Computers > Global Client Settings > Scan Settings.
- Under General Settings/Scan Settings, tick the box "Add Manual Scan to the Windows shortcut menu on endpoints".
- Click Save.
The "Scan with OfficeScan client" option will now be shown on the menu after doing a right-click on a file or folder.
